・ Since it is offered at a sale price, we cannot accept any cancellations, returns, or exchanges after purchase.
・ Since there are multiple sales channels, we may not be able to prepare the ordered product if there is a time lag in inventory processing. (In that case, we will contact you.)
・ Only products with a free shipping icon are eligible for free shipping. Please note that shipping will be charged for items that do not have a free shipping icon.
・ Free shipping is available only within Japan, and regular shipping charges will be charged separately for overseas shipments.
・ Since online shop shipping is by appointment only the day before, it may not be possible to ship on the same day.
