・素材:絹(経糸は綿糸だと思われます。)
1940～50年代頃の絹羽織を解いて、裂織にしたリメイクコートになります。
傷んだり不要になったりした布を細く裂き、織り上げた布や衣類の事を裂き織り(さきおり)と言います。
その歴史は江戸時代中期頃までに遡ります。
また、寒冷である為、絹や綿が大変貴重だった東北地方で特に盛んであり、江戸時代後期からは北陸から近畿地方にかけてでも裂織が作られるようになっていきました。
明治以降は貿易などの発展により、裂織は織られる事が殆どなくなりましたが、現代においては独特の風合いや芸術的価値が評価されるようになっています。
ラグを思わせる独特な生地の質感がとても良いです。
色味がブラックという事もございますが、デザインも含めデザイナーズブランドのアイテムのような雰囲気が漂いますね。
また、生地にはドットのような凹凸が入り、これもデザインとして遊び心があってとても良いと思います。
袖の長さもニュアンスがあって良いので、長い方は捲って着ても良いと思います。

In addition, because it is cold, it is especially prosperous in the Tohoku region where silk and cotton were very precious. From the late Edo period, sakiori began to be made from Hokuriku to the Kinki region.
Since the Meiji era, sakiori has hardly been woven due to the development of trade, etc., but in modern times, unique textures and artistic values are being valued.
The texture of the unique fabric reminiscent of rugs is very good.
The color may be black, but it feels like a designer brand item, including the design.
