大正から昭和初期頃のジャパンヴィンテージ襤褸布になります。
おそらく当時、布団皮(寝具)として使用されていたと思われる布。
古布やJapanese Fabricの評価と人気の高まりは世界的なもので、最近ではテキスタイル・ファッションデザイナー、リメイク作家の方も熱心に探されています。
雰囲気や生地感、リペアの雰囲気等々、語り尽くせない魅力があり、お好きな方が増えていっているのも納得だと思います。
この古布は両面それぞれ異なったテキスタイルデザインが良いですね。
両面ともにつぎはぎになっておりますし、所々のリペアや色むら、継ぎの合わせ方はアートピースのような雰囲気です。
こうなったのも当時の状況からですが、今、評価されているのは少し嬉しい気にもなります。
飾っておくだけでも絵になり、壁にディスプレイしてインテリアファブリックやアートピースとして楽しみたいですね。

・ Material: cotton
It is a Japan vintage boro fabric from Taisho to the early Showa era.
A fabric that was probably used as a futon cover at the time.
The appreciation and popularity of kofu and Japanese Fabric is global, and textile and fashion designers and remake artists have recently been enthusiastically searched.
The atmosphere, the texture, the atmosphere of the repair, and the like are indescribable, and I think it's convinced that the number of lovers is increasing.
This kofu has a different textile design on each side.
Both sides are patched, and the repair, uneven color, and matching of the fabric are like an art piece.
This is because of the situation at the time, but I am a little glad that it is being evaluated now.
I just want to decorate the picture, and display it on the wall to enjoy it as an interior fabric or art piece.
It is really only available now, including Japanese vintages such as noragi, haori, and hanten.
