大正時代頃のジャパンヴィンテージ藍染古布になります。
ここ数年で、一気に世界中での評価が上昇し、なかなか手に入らなくなった古布(こふ)です。
古布と言っても絣や縞模様、格子、木綿以外の生地の物と様々な種類の物がありますが、ジャパンブルーらしい藍染の物はいつの時代もスペシャルな存在ですね。
また、藍染の中でも藍無地と言われる非常に貴重な無地です。
はぎれですら貴重なのですが、このくらいのサイズ感の物となると、探しても見つからないと思います。
古い正藍の色味も美しいですし、当て布のリペアも非常に愛らしく、襤褸としても良いファブリックですね。
スカーフやストールとしてお使いになられるのも素敵ですし、リメイクやリペア用の素材としてもお勧めです。
美しい布はそれだけで絵になり、アートのような存在です。
年々、減少の一途ですのでこの機会をお見逃しなく。

There are various kinds of fabrics other than kasuri, striped patterns, checks, and cotton, even if it is called japanese fabric vintage, but indigo's ones that are typical of Japan Blue are always special.
It is also a very valuable solid color in indigo.
Even scraps are valuable, but when it comes to things of this size, I don't think you can find them even if you look for them.
The color of the old indigo is beautiful, the repair of the patch is very lovely, and it is a good fabric as a boro.
It's great to use as a scarf or stole, and it's also recommended as a material for remakes and repairs.
Beautiful cloth is like art by itself.
