1970～80年代頃のジャパンヴィンテージレインウェアになります。
旭化成ナイロンを使用したライテックスコート(スーツ)と呼ばれていた雨具です。
レインコートと言うとどうしても、アンファッショナブルなイメージを持たれる方も多いと思いますが、こちらの場合、見た目はコーチジャケットなので、様々なスタイルとコーディネートしていただけると思います。
ポケットのステッチ部分には防水性を高めるテープが貼られておりますし、通気性を高めるメッシュが首下に付くのも機能性が高くて良いですね。
また、開閉はスナップボタンとジッパーの併用で、これも防水性を高める為のディテールです。
なお、ジッパーはYKKの片爪です。
また、変色等ございますが、大変貴重なデッドストックなのは嬉しいですね。
海外のヴィンテージは飽和しきっていますし、ジャパンヴィンテージを見つめる良いタイミングではないでしょうか。
元から弾数が少なく見つからないアイテムなので、選べるのは今だけです。
