大正～昭和初期頃のジャパンヴィンテージ麻着物になります。
見た目にも涼しい麻の着物です。
麻は、日本の文化や風土、歴史とも密接に結びつき、古来より珍重されてきた天然素材です。
第二次世界大戦後、GHQが制定した大麻取締法の影響で、日本国内での麻の製造はどんどんと減少し、現在の生産量は極僅か、国産の麻糸は非常に貴重になりました。
そういった理由もございますので、こちらのような古い年代の麻着物は、今となっては本当に貴重です。
麻独特のシャリっとした生地感は、汗ばんでもべたつきずらく、高等多湿の気候に合うと思います。
また、あまり知られておりませんが、麻は天然素材の中でも、比較的丈夫です。
また、水洗いが可能で、取り扱いが楽なのも魅力です。
生地は藍染で、色味～染まり具合がとても良いと思います。
