1930～40年代頃のジャパンヴィンテージモンペパンツになります。

履き心地の良さとシルエットが面白い、日本固有の作業着パンツ、モンペです。

現在、デイリーに履かれる事は無くなりましたが、第二次世界大戦中は女性の着用が義務付けられており、当時、モンペが機能的で完成されたアイテムだったという事を物語っています。

また、近年「和」の雰囲気を持つアイテムとしても再評価が進み、日本のブランドからもリリースされており、見掛ける機会も少しずつ増えたと思います。

また、古布の評価の高まりも受け、こちらのようなオリジナルが気になられていた方も多いのではないでしょうか。

両サイドにスリットが入り、前後がセパレート、腰の紐で縛り、閉じて履くスタンダードタイプです。

色味の良い縞模様もテキスタイルデザインとして素晴らしいですし、古い木綿の風合いも良いと思います。

また、フロント内側に補強用の布が縫い付けられ、裾にスナップボタンが付きます。

ユニークなシルエットを活かしてサルエルパンツのような感じで履くと良いのではないでしょうか。

また、リメイクやリペア用の素材としてもお使いいただけます。
