For overseas customers

This time it is a request to customers who ordered from abroad.

If the package does not arrive from several weeks after contact from dispatch from us, please tell the nearest delivery station the tracking number to tell at the time of shipment and check the transportation condition of the package.

If there is no offer and the storage deadline has passed, the baggage will come back to us.

Between Japanese post offices and overseas post offices there are ordinances that can not be involved in the state of luggage transport in other countries, so I can not issue instructions to hurry delivery to overseas post offices from me.

It is a deal with a lot of relationships, so I do not want to waste it.
