1930～40年代頃のジャパンヴィンテージ古布になります。
二種類の木綿の格子生地がつぎはぎされた、ジャパンヴィンテージファブリック。
おそらく元はもっと大きな布だったと思われ、つぎはぎの不自然な違和感は一切無く、ごくナチュラルでテキスタイルとしてとても美しいと思います。
ハンドステッチの味わい深さも良く、古布には手縫いがよく似合いますね。
お部屋に飾れば、一気に雰囲気が良くなりますし、額装すれば一気にアートピースへと変わります。
ここ数年、世界中で古布の評価が高まり、どんどん発見が難しくなってきました。
世に知れ渡った時、一瞬で姿を消します。
