・素材:綿もしく正絹だと思われます。(断定できかねます。)
昭和～平成時代頃のジャパンヴィンテージ裂き織り帯になります。
使い込まれ、傷みが進み、不要になった布や着物等を細く裂き、再度織り上げた布や衣類を裂き織り(さきおり)と言います。
今で言うエコやリサイクルの元祖ですし、その歴史は非常に古く、江戸時代中期頃まで遡ります。
裂織は工業化が進んだことにより、現在では殆ど消滅しましたが、独特の風合いや芸術的価値が評価されるようになり、近年、裂き織りテキスタイルデザイナーも徐々に現れています。
その裂き織りを再現した帯です。
シックなカラーリングは、とてもセンスの良い仕上がりで、一般的な華美な帯とは異なる雰囲気も魅力ではないでしょうか。
帯としてお使いになられても良いですし、見た目が良いのでディスプレイアイテムとしても良いと思います。
襤褸や刺し子等の古布や、海外のアンティークキルトお好きな方にもお勧めです。

・ Date: Showa-Heisei era
・ Material: It seems to be cotton or silk. (I can't say for sure.)
It will be the Japan Vintage sakiori obi from the Showa period to the Heisei period.
Sakiori is a cloth or clothing that has been used and damaged, and is no longer needed. The cloth or kimono is torn into small pieces and woven again.
It is the originator of what we now call eco and recycling, and its history is very old, dating back to the middle of the Edo period.
Although sakiori has almost disappeared due to the progress of industrialization, its unique texture and artistic value have come to be evaluated, and in recent years, sakiori textile designers are gradually appearing.
It is a band that reproduces that sakiori.
The chic coloring has a very nice finish, and the atmosphere that is different from the general gorgeous obi is also attractive.
You can use it as an obi, or you can use it as a display item because it looks good.
It is also recommended for those who like Japanese fabric vintage such as boro and sahiko, and antique quilts from overseas.
