襟に入る漢字に大紋のデザイン、腰柄と非常に洗練されたデザインの印半纏です。
襟の漢字を読むと一目瞭然、米澤営林署の職員が着ていたアイテムで、力強い書体から戦後の復興等々、盛り上がりを感じさせますね。
また、大紋のデザインも凝っており、ここまで洗練され分かりやすいデザインを生み出した当時の日本人は本当にセンスが良いですね。
この大紋の後ろ姿は非常に絵になりますし、なかなかここまでグッドデザインの印半纏というのはなかなか出会えません。
勿論、腰柄も同様にデザインとして非常に重要な割合を占めていますし、最近では腰柄が入る印半纏は発見が非常に困難になりました。
