珍しい木綿の羽織着物 | Haori Jacket Cotton Stripe
なかなか見掛けないレアな個体です。
haoriもコットンというだけで一気にカジュアル感が増して、個人的にとても良いと思います。
シルクやウールの物はどうしても気を使いますが、コットンはラフに扱ってもそれが良いと思います。
袖なしにリメイクしても良いかもしれません。

1930～50年代頃のジャパンヴィンテージ縞模様羽織着物になります。
防寒や礼装の際に着用する着物のアウター、羽織(はおり)。
中でも数が少なく、なかなか見つからないコットンタイプになります。
コットンならではのカジュアルで素朴な表情は、雰囲気も着易さも抜群に良いですし、野良着や印半纏とは別に一着は持っておきたいジャパンヴィンテージの一つだと思います。
コットンなので、当時おそらく日常着として着られていた物だと思われます。
また、羽織らしいボリューミーな袖や全体の独特のデザインは、フラットな視点で見てみるとモードな雰囲気が漂う洗練されたアイテムではないでしょうか。
表面のJapanese Fabricらしい縞模様に、裏面の少し派手めな模様もとても良いと思います。
気分やコーディネートでリバーシブルで着れる楽しさもありますね
海外では、既にジャケットとしてデイリーに着用されている方も増えており、日本人も和服をデイリーに取り入れるべきタイミングだとに思います。
野良着や印半纏も含め古い年代の木綿着物は本当に数が少なく、見つかる事が少なくなりました。
世の中に周知される頃には姿を消しますので、今です。
