帯枕を包み隠し、帯の上部を飾るこちらのような布を帯揚げと言います。

この帯揚げが少し見える事で、華やかで引き締まった印象になり、帯周りのおしゃれを楽しめるポイントの一つになります。

時代が時代だけに和装だけに拘らず、自由な発想で考えるとこの帯揚げは更なる可能性を感じさせます。
