今となっては発見することが非常に難しくなってきた野良着。

野良着の中でも汚れ除けのアウターとして着用する上っ張り(うわっぱり)です。

1950年代以降、農村地域でも洋服や作業着が普及していき、徐々に姿を消していきました。

素朴で日本人の心象風景のどこかにありそうな、こちらのような木綿の藍染絣は想像以上に貴重な存在となりました。
