この絣はとてもかっこいいと思います。
模様の意味までは分かりませんが、本当に素晴らしく目の保養になります。
勿論、藍染の色味に生地の風合いも最高なので、良い感じに主張し着れます。

1930～40年代頃のジャパンヴィンテージ藍染絣野良着になります。
ジャパンヴィンテージの着物の中でカテゴライズすると、作業がしやすいように、そして汚れを防ぐために着る上っ張り(うわっぱり)です。
この上っ張りや野良着含めてですが、国内外問わず、ここ数年で一気に評価が上がりましたね。
戦後、1950年代頃を境に化学繊維や洋服の台頭により徐々に姿を消していき、最近では目にする機会も激減しました。
先人の知恵や生活環境が生んだ独特のデザインや染色、生地の風合いは、今見ても素晴らしいものがありますし、現代の我々をも魅了します。
あまり見掛けない模様の絣がとても素敵だと思います。
アイヌのような雰囲気を感じさせる独特のテキスタイルデザインは、懐かしいやレトロという言葉ではなく、研ぎ澄まされたかのようなソリッドな感想を持たれる方が多いのではないでしょうか。
絣も地域や年代によって様々な物がありますが、この絣模様は珍しいと思います。
また、襟のダメージに裏地の藍無地の生地もとても良いですね。
袖も和服と洋服の中間のようなデザインで是非ともご覧いただきたいディテールです。
