大正から昭和初期頃のジャパンヴィンテージ藍染古布になります。
世界中のリメイク作家やテキスタイル、ファッション関係のデザイナー、愛好家の皆様から非常に高い人気を誇る日本の古い布です。
海外だとJapanese Fabric、日本だと古布(こふ)として親しまれています。
また、年代が古い物と木綿の物は弾数が元から少ないこともありますが、最近では人気の盛り上がりと共に良い物と出会う機会が本当に少なくなったとお思いの方も多いのではないでしょうか。
今回、とても珍しい大きめのサイズの個体を発見することができました。
生地は木綿、そして凄みのあるジャパンブルーらしい藍染で、ここまでのスペックの布となるとそう簡単には手に入れられませんね。
色もまだ濃い状態なので、これからの色落ちが楽しめますし、色が落ちた頃、更に美しさが際立つと思います。
端の染め抜きも程よい主張で、素敵なディテールですね。
リメイク材料として解体しても良いと思いますし、大きめサイズを生かして、インテリアファブリックとしてお使いになられても楽しいですね。
年々、減少の一途ですのでこの機会をお見逃し無く。

It is a Japanese vintage indigo fabric from Taisho to the early Showa era.
It is an old Japanese cloth that is very popular among remake artists, textile and fashion designers and enthusiasts around the world.
Overseas, it is known as Japanese Fabric, and in Japan as kofu.
Older ones and cotton ones sometimes have fewer bullets, but recently many people think that the chance of meeting good ones has really decreased with the rise of popularity.
This time, I was able to find a very rare large-sized individual.
The fabric is cotton, and the aizome, which looks like Japan Blue, is amazing, and it would not be easy to get a cloth with the above specifications.
Since the color is still dark, you can enjoy the color fading in the future, and when the color fades, the beauty will stand out.
The kanji at the end is also a reasonable claim, and it is a wonderful detail.
I think that it can be dismantled as a remake material, and it is fun to use it as an interior fabric by taking advantage of its large size.
