It is a Japan vintage striped boro kimono from the Taisho era to the early Showa era.
At that time, the kimono was probably worn as everyday wear or going out.
The fine stripes are very sharp and I think the sophistication stands out.
In addition, patch repair in some places is wonderful.
The repair uses the same striped fabric, so there's no strange gaudiness and the depth has increased, so I think it's a mature boro.
The nuance changes even if you turn it over and you can enjoy it.
The design is close to haori and the silhouette makes it easy to match.
The compatibility with general clothes is very good, and just wearing it creates a unique atmosphere.
Old things that fit the present era are valuable, regardless of country or genre.
It is even more so with a few Japanese vintages from the beginning.

・素材:木綿/シルクだと思われます。(断定はできかねます。)
大正から昭和初期頃のジャパンヴィンテージ縞模様襤褸着物になります。
当時、おそらく日常着～外出着として着用されていたと思われる着物。
細い縞模様はとてもシャープな印象で、洗練さが際立っていると思います。
また、所々のつぎはぎの直しも素晴らしいですね。
リペアも同じ縞模様の生地が使われているので、変な派手さがなく、更に奥行きが増したとでも申しましょうか、大人っぽい襤褸だと思います。
裏返して着てもニュアンスが変わり、楽しめますね。
羽織に近いデザイン～シルエットなので合わせ易さも抜群だと思います。
一般的な洋服との相性も非常に良いのですし、ただ着るだけでオンリーワンな雰囲気を演出してくれます。
今の時代に合う古い物は国やジャンルを問わず、貴重です。
元から数の少ないジャパンヴィンテージだと尚更です。
